Terms and Conditions — Amaranto

Effective date: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are effective as of the date shown on the website and govern your use of the Amaranto website and services operated by Amazing Vision Company Limited ("Amaranto", "we", "us", or "our").
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website, products, or services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any documents incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and account registration: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site. When creating an account you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Products, orders, pricing, and payment: Product descriptions are provided in good faith but may contain errors. An order becomes binding when you complete checkout and we accept payment. Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may exclude taxes, shipping, and handling. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. Payment methods accepted will be displayed at checkout. For recurring subscriptions you authorize recurring charges until canceled; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
Shipping, returns, and refunds: Shipping options, carriers, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. Eligible, undamaged products returned within the stated return window with original packaging and proof of purchase will be handled according to our returns policy. Refunds, when issued, will be returned to the original payment method and may take time to process.
Digital Gift File: License and Usage The downloadable PDF guide (the “Guide”) provided via QR code is a complimentary digital gift licensed to you by Amaranto for your personal, non‑commercial use only. You may download and view the Guide on your personal devices and may print a single copy for your own use. All other uses, including distribution, resale, public posting, commercial use, adaptation, or creation of derivative works, are prohibited unless you obtain Amaranto’s prior written consent. The Guide remains the intellectual property of Amaranto or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You must not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices contained in the Guide. Amaranto may revoke this license and disable access to the Guide for any user who violates these Terms or abuses the Guide. Upon revocation you must delete all copies in your possession or control. If you upload or submit any user content in connection with the Guide (for example, comments, photos, or custom templates), you warrant you own or have licensed the rights and grant Amaranto a perpetual, irrevocable, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use such content as described in these Terms. Short notice to include on the download landing page or inside the Guide: “Licensed to you for personal, non‑commercial use only. © 2025 Amaranto. All rights reserved.”
Intellectual property and rights reservation: All content on the site, including text, images, logos, designs, audio, and branding, are owned or licensed by Amaranto. All rights are expressly reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sublicense, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the site except as expressly permitted in writing by Amaranto.
User-generated content: If you upload content, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content and have obtained all required permissions and licenses. By uploading content you grant Amaranto a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
Suspension, termination, and account cancellation: We may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your access to the site without notice for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or other legitimate business reasons. You may discontinue use and request cancellation of your account at any time. For automatically renewed paid subscriptions, cancellations will be effective at the end of the paid period already charged.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Amaranto and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to (i) your use of the site; (ii) your breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (iv) user content you submit.
Limitation of liability and exclusive remedies: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amaranto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount you paid to Amaranto in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies even if Amaranto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Provisional and injunctive relief and waiver of class actions: Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall restrict Amaranto from seeking provisional or injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to Amaranto's intellectual property rights may be brought in court and is not subject to class action or collective relief.
Changes to products, services, and Terms: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, or service at any time without liability. We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Material changes will be posted on the site and, when practicable, notified by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Promotional messages and marketing: By providing contact information you may receive transactional and promotional communications from Amaranto. You may opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in those messages.
Governing law, consumer rights preservation, dispute resolution, and venue — Hong Kong base with US sales Governing law and primary venue: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Consumer rights preservation: Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted to limit any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the purchaser’s jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws that provide additional rights, those rights will apply to you in addition to these Terms. Commercial dispute venue and forum selection: For disputes between Amaranto and another business or for disputes not covered by mandatory consumer protection laws, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong or to binding arbitration in Hong Kong at Amaranto’s election. US purchasers: If you purchased products via Amazon.com (or via Amazon’s marketplace), certain disputes may be subject to Amazon’s terms of sale, and some claims may be pursued through the dispute resolution mechanisms available through Amazon. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights required by local mandatory law.

Severability and survival: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination such as indemnity, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses will survive the termination of your access or these Terms.
Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amaranto regarding the site and supersede prior agreements.
