Privacy Policy — Amaranto

1: Introduction: This Privacy Policy describes how Amaranto (“Amaranto”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects personal data in connection with (i) visits to our website; (ii) scanning QR codes included with Amaranto products; (iii) downloading the complimentary PDF design guide (“Guide”); and (iv) voluntary submission of information via the download landing page and other forms. This Policy applies to personal data collected through our online properties and related services.

2: Scope and legal bases for processing: We process personal data where necessary to perform a contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, to pursue our legitimate interests (subject to balancing your rights), or where you have provided consent. Specific processing activities and their legal bases are set out below.

● Contact data: email address (required if you submit the sign‑up form), name (optional), date of birth (optional).

4: Collection methods: We collect personal data (a) directly from you when you complete forms on our landing page or otherwise communicate with us; (b) automatically via cookies, web beacons, server logs and analytics tools when you access our pages; and (c) from third parties where permitted (for example, platform‑provided order information when selling via marketplaces subject to their rules).

5: Purpose of processing and use of data: We process personal data for the following primary purposes:
● To provide and deliver the Guide and related download services;
● To operate, maintain and improve our website, analytics and related services;
● To communicate with you about downloads, orders, customer support and service notifications;

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

13: Children’s data: Our services are not directed at children below the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children under applicable age thresholds. If we become aware that we have collected such data without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
